"I had lived in southern New Mexico for 19 years and now wanted to downsize to a smaller home and move to a more active community in central New Mexico. I was reluctant to purchase a new home without further guidance and contacted Coldwell Banker at the recommendation of friends in other states who had used Coldwell Banker in their area.

What luck to get in touch with Torie! She is extremely professional, has great communication skills, and helped me every step of the way through the process of purchasing a new home. She understood what I wanted and didn't waste my time showing me homes or lots that wouldn't work for me. Additionally, she has been helpful in giving me recommendations for other ancilliary services.
